absolutely wrecked.

3 x 4 lengths much gaspings after each set
jacuzzi ten minutes, then sitting on a deck chair waiting for a lane to be free for a bit
1 x 12 lengths, gasping by the end of it.
jacuzzi 3 minutes
Tried another set
1 x 2 lengths, body says “no”
I leave
